I personally was scared to death when i first started playing squash, i was a shy child and quite nervous but my squash coach made squash amazing. I have played for my schools squash team for the last 5 years and had some awsum times and i have made wonderful friends from playing squash. Its such a simple game to play and personally i think it relieves so much stress, whenever i had a hard day at school i would just go play squash and hit the ball till it burst. Its a really good wasy to relieve stress and i hope lots more people start to play. I have been to lots of competitions and i was even in the paper once. woop. lol, but it really is a good way to get into your sports community and a good way to get fit and make friends. 40-45 minutes of running about like you do on a squash court and you’ll know that you’ve had a good work out.
